A lot of people have asked me about rabbit brush, they thought it was a nickname for sagebrush so I took this photo that shows both. The yellow flowered brush is rabbit brush or Chrysothamnus (not sure of the spelling) it is one of the first plants to come back after a fire and is quite aromatic
